- Price is $10 per yrd (4,000 yrds x $10 = $40K)
- Conducted on-site visit with Dredging Company – develop and sign contract
- Conduct second meeting and write up scope of work contract

- Price is $45 per yrd (4,000 yrds x $45 = $40K)
- Previous Marina dredging conducted December 1-31, 2017, $100+K, Clarke Droney (estimate was $27 yrd)
- Tentative dredge date – determined by DNREC and USACE – Jan – Feb 2026
- Conduct bathymetric study in 2026 at the conclusion of dredging

- Develop and send out to all Slip Owners a Marina Replacement Survey on potential ways forward as per the Annual meeting

Future Business
- HOLD in 2026 – Delaware Boater Safety Course conducted by the USCG Auxiliary Indian River Station. Slip Renter is Instructor. Cost is $20 per student. Include an Indian River Inlet familiarization portion for new Owners/Renters.
