Marina Maintenance Work

  • Completed
    • Replaced Parking Lot light photo cells (both sides)
  • New and Ongoing
    • Dock boxes in water or garage area
    • H-33 dock box recovered from water and in garage
    • C-6 in garage
    • H-1 dock box missing
    • H-7 and H-8 dock boxes recovered and in garage
    • All H-dock Dock Boxes require four (4) bolts
    • Cut down and replace wooden dock poles holding fire-water hook-ups; ongoing.
    • Develop Dockmaster 2022 initial work-plan for April-May start-up
    • Replace Dock pedestal photocells that are burnt-out
    • Install Panel Box overhead roof assembly at Gate 1
    • Repair dock under-bracing between G and H dock and H-dock slip. Received dock repair estimate; $425 plus materials (PJ Handyman)
    • Update Marina office door with new style drop-off box
    • Review 2022 Maintenance Plan

  • Changed all gate codes and locks to new code
  • Contacted Kerri Fox to update Governing Documents with Declaration Amendments on website – re-contact her next week
  • Updated and posted new 2022 Marina Rules and Regulations
