- Received update #2 from Bay Colony HOA MaGIC Chair on Bay Colony Community water drainage and impact to Marina parking area and basin

- Assess Dock areas of concern and continue safety repairs to docks during off season – Dockmaster Tom and PJ Carpentry
- Purchase aluminum diamond plating
- Provide PJ Carpentry a list of 2025 repairs to be completed because of severe winter weather
