2022 Board of Directors

  • Prepare annual mailing with voter ballots, candidate’s bio, and Board of Directors letter
  • Projected Board elections by year
    • 2022 – we will have 2 positions available

Financial Review

  • 2022 Annual dues assessment update
  • Note – Annual dues assessment increase from $800 to $1000 starting in 2023
  • Slip transactions
    • Slips sold
    • New email/letter packet to new Slip Owners (Mike)

Marina Maintenance Work

Completed

  • Reset glob in parking lot light that blew off in high winds
  • Updated office telephone hardware per Mediacom

New and Ongoing

  • H-35 dock box in water under Slip H-35
  • Replace parking lot light photo-cells
  • Check and repair if needed boat ramp padlock and chain
  • Repaint and check channel buoys and red and green lights and tie-down chains prior to April 15
  • Cut down and replace wooden dock poles holding fire-water hook-ups; ongoing.
  • Replace Dock pedestal photocells that are burnt-out by April 15
  • Install Panel Box overhead roof assembly at Gate 1
  • Repair dock under-bracing between G and H dock and H-dock slip. Received dock repair estimate; $425 plus materials (PJ Handyman)
  • Update Marina office door with new style drop-off box
  • Review 2022 Maintenance Plan

  • Contacted Kerri Fox to update Governing Documents with Declaration Amendments on website – re-contact her next week
  • Updated and posted new 2022 Marina Rules and Regulations
  • Updated and refreshed Marina Website 2022 events and dates

  • Send out new Constant Contacts emails
    • Board of Director open positions – new candidates for the Board
    • Dockmaster return date and water turn-on date (NLT April 15)
