  • Repair ramp padlock to chain
  • Repaint and check lights for red and green channel buoys prior to April
  • Cut down and replace wooden dock poles holding fire-water hook-ups; ongoing
  • Replace Dock pedestal photocells that are burnt-out in April
  • Install Panel Box overhead roof assembly at Gate 1
  • Repair dock under-bracing between G and H dock and H-dock slip. Received dock repair estimate; $425 plus materials (PJ Handyman);

  • Locksmith scheduled to change all door combinations and locks. Post signs at Gate, Office, and Boat Ramp prior to April 15th opening.
  • Update Constant Contact list with new 2022 Slip Owners and Slip Renters; create new 2022 Renter email distribution list
  • Review updated Marina Rules and Regulations for 2022. Update website and post in Marina.
    • Address more clearly signs and flags on boats and dock
  • Review new Marina database software to replace existing Excel spreadsheet; action person and estimate (Mike)
