Marina Maintenance Update
- Completed Maintenance
- Repaired Pedestal hose fittings on B-dock, C-dock, and F-dock
- Restored power to Slips on F-dock (twice now same pedestals)
- Repaired rail on Marina porch area
- Fixed broken rub rails
- Purchased Pedestal electrical parts from Eaton – 20 amp, 30 amp, light sensors
- Purchased electric power washer
- New and Ongoing Maintenance
- Green channel buoy hit by boat
- Purchase new green light that was damaged
- Dock boxes
- Ongoing; Replace all H-dock Dock Boxes with four (4) bolts
- Repair cracked Marina well casing – Plumber Jerry
- Repair small water leak under F-dock – Plumber Jerry
- Replace burnt out Parking Lot light bulbs – maybe bigger issue and sockets need replaced
- Replace pedestal light bulbs
- Repair additional dock triangles that are bad and dock under-bracing between G and H dock – PJ Handyman (on-site visit and estimate completed – attached)
- Dock Float assessment and repair/replace (Keith)
- John Merritt, Jr.; Merritt Marine Construction, Inc., – conduct assessment on which floats need replaced and cost
- Ongoing; ordered/replace Dock pedestal photocells that are burnt-out

- Continue – paint last parking lot light pole bottom black (grass trimming and paint)
- Touch-up white poles on signs in the Marina by boat ramp
- Purchase additional Dock cleats, Pedestal electrical items, Dock box bolts and washers
Marina Business Update
- Previous Business
- Modified Dockmaster Tom’s work hours for August and Labor Day to include Friday workday – much needed during heavy Summer boating
- Modified Marina Rules and Regulations to contain language about no foul flags and banners throughout the Marina (boats, docks, parking lot, etc)
- Completed mean low water survey in Marina and channel entrance; Plitko LLC Survey (Rob Plitko, PE, Ocean View)
- Placed order for new Dock Boxes – Beachcomber Fiberglass Technology, Inc. Stuart, FL (Julie Marshall)
- 13ea new Dock Box; and 1ea Dock Box lid
