  • DNREC completed on-site inspection for completion of 2020-22 Marina O&M Plan. Still awaiting final approval and report from POC Julie Molina, Environment Scientist, DNREC Division of Water and Wetlands

  • Finalized Marina Board of Directors 2021 election

  • Purchased four Dock fire extinguisher boxes that were broken; two replaced, two on-hand and will be replaced
  • Fixed Gate 1 door clasp

  • Checked pedestal E-13 electrical

  • Purchase and replace two damaged pile cap covers on G-dock
  • Repair dock under-bracing between G and H dock and also H-dock

  • Cut down and replace wooden poles holding fire water hook-ups; ongoing
  • Power wash back of Marina Office building and backside stairway; initial wash completed, second wash to be done
  • Replace burnt out dock pedestal bulbs/light sensors; 29ea
  • Install Panel Box overhead roof assembly over Gate 1
  • Review issue with Slip Owner zinc tabs on pontoon boat on E-dock

  • Slip Owner request to install power and water at Marina boat ramp; initial response was No
