- Purchase and replace two damaged pile cap covers on G-dock
- Repair dock under-bracing between G and H dock and also H-dock

- Cut down and replace wooden poles holding fire water hook-ups; ongoing
- Power wash back of Marina Office building and backside stairway; initial wash completed, second wash to be done
- Replace burnt out dock pedestal bulbs/light sensors; 29ea
- Install Panel Box overhead roof assembly over Gate 1
- Review issue with Slip Owner zinc tabs on pontoon boat on E-dock
