- Lot L-22 under construction.
- Agreement was for line of sight viewing of the 6 x trees in the Marina parking lot area
- Placement of new Security Cameras
- Discussion of full Marina replacement and off-Season due-outs
- Annual Assessment Letters going out end of November with new assessment of $1,200 for 2025-26. Previous annual assessment was $1,000 for period of 2022-24.

Marina Maintenance Update
- Completed Maintenance

- Received update from Bay Colony HOA MaGIC Cahir on Bay Colony Community water drainage and impact to Marina parking area and basin
- Conducted minor repairs to rub rails
- Received 3ea new Dock Carts for 2025 season

- Dockmaster Tom clean and organize Marina Office and Tool Room prior to departure for off-season
- Assess Dock areas of concern and continue safety repairs to docks during off season – Board of Directors or PJ Carpentry
- Purchase aluminum diamond plating
- Provide PJ Carpentry a list of 2025 repairs to be completed NLT April 1, 2025
- Dock water turn-off to docks week of November 4-8 (Constant Contact email sent)

Future Business
- 2025 – Plan and host Delaware Boater Safety Course conducted by the USCG Auxiliary Indian River Station. Slip Renter is Instructor. Cost is $20 per student
- Marina Replacement proposals; previous estimate August 2020 at $3.8M, and May 2023 at $4.35M (UPDATE)
- Review Capital Improvement loan information with banks
