Meeting was called to order at 7:00PM
Installation of New Board Members
Hank Larsen and Don Degidio were welcomed as new Board Members. Don will serve as Board
Vice President and Hank will serve as Board Secretary.
Financial Report
Currently, we have $60,598 in our checking account for operating expenses and over $386,000 in
long term reserves. However, we anticipate numerous repair expenses to continue this season.

Old Business
Dock repairs are on going and all defective float boxes have been replaced.
Pole replacement continues with approximately 40 remaining. Scheduled completion of the pole
replacements will be within the next 4 to 5 months. New caps have been installed on all the new
poles replaced to date.
The missing buoy outside the marina was located and re-anchored.
A slip owner has requested to replace the rubrail on his slip with rubrail that does not match the
existing rubrail on the other slips. The board has turned down this request.
Dredging is on schedule for Dock H to be completed in December.
Final preparations for Operation SEAs the Day are underway. About 30 families are expected to
New Business
A suggestion to build a kayak rack for slip owners use was suggested on the land to the west of
the marina where there is direct beach access. Since this area may be affected by the scheduled
dredging, the suggestion will be put on hold until dredging is completed.
The combination locks to the two gates, the boat ramps and the bathrooms are scheduled to be
changed prior to the beginning of next season.
The board will also look at repairing and repainting parking lines the parking lot.
