  • Marina website – new edition up and running, minor additions now.
    • Addition of Slip Owner Data Sheet, similar to Renter’s Information
    • Addition of Slips for Sale/Rent interactive map
  • Dockmaster – updating office files, data base, display board
    • Boats in slip vs. on file
  • Marina Insurance Policy– Annual premium updated and paid; $18,443
  • Conversion of Marina plans to CAD completed. We are now able to solicit preliminary dock replacement quotes.

Maintenance work.

    • Repair of dock support at intersection of G and H dock – Get contractor estimate
    • Repair of F dock finger pier
    • Pedestal stencil renumbering; order and replace in June (hot conditions)
    • Marina Office – Light fixture not working backside of building

    • Panel Box overhead roof installation (Gate 1 and 2)
    • Weed control on docks
    • Replacing faded/old signs in Marina in process
    • Replacing parking lot light bulbs

    • Meeting presentations to be found on marina web site.  A link to the web site will be sent to slip owners for their review
  • COVID-19 Updates
    • Marina Protocols and Policies
      • Restrooms – open June 1
      • Dockmaster Office remain locked
  • Dock Boxes – 179 slips with boxes (72%), 71 without boxes (28%)
    • E-mail will be sent to slip owners to gauge interest in purchasing listing price points.  Prices drop when 7 or more are purchased at the same time.

 

  • Marina information.
    • Total boats in the water as of May 20, 2020 – 120 (48%).
    • Numbers of owners vs. renters.
      2019. 135 owners and 105 renters for 240 total boats.
      2018. 110 owners and 106 renters for 216 total boats. (Note no end slips in use)
      2017. 110 owners and 112 renters for 221 total boats.
      2016. 106 owners and 119 renters for 225 total boats.
      2015. 106 owners and 109 renters for 215 total boats.
  • We will be purchasing a software product called Constant Contact which will enable better e-mail communication with slip owners and renters.
