Financial report shows almost $33,000 still in checking account operating fund. We have
over spent on much needed dock repairs this summer, but remain under budget in several
other areas. Overall, we continue to spend prudently
. Old Business
Building of courtesy dock has been delayed by the recent run of bad weather. This should
begin once the rain has stopped.
Dredging permits progress with using Bay for disposal continues. Don Degildio is our
liaison on this approach. We are continuing to explore bagging the dredged material for land
disposal. No final decision has been reached.
Dock Repairs have been completed for this season. The repairs were more extensive than
first estimated, but needed.
Annual Assessment Increase is still debated as we anticipate more dock repairs needed
next summer. A decision is needed soon as membership needs to be notified thirty (30) days
before assessment is due.
Fire Extinguisher Inspections are due and will be completed this fall.
New Business
Winterization is scheduled for mid-November. We anticipate water shut-off about
November 15. We plan to email the membership regarding the shut-off.
Christmas Board get together planned for December 15.
