  • Received 7ea new Dock Boxes
  • Newly re-elected Board members joined the Board; Hank Larsen and Don Degidio
  • Submitted the 2020-22 revised Marina O&M Plan to DNREC (even numbered years)
    • POC: Julie Molina, Environment Scientist, DNREC Division of Water and Wetlands, 302-739-9384
    • Next submittal is June 2022 along with $300 fee
  • Purchased additional dock cleats and rub rail
  • Received and installed bench vice

Maintenance work

  • Completed
    • Repaired boat ramp gate pole fastener screws
    • Installed boat ramp pile cap covers
  • Repaired office main door lock assembly
  • Re-positioned two security cameras to parking lot area
  • Disposed of hazardous waste with DNREC Division of Waste Management
  • Repaired Slip H-28 due to storm damage

    • Board approved to remove select trees with replacement plan
    • Draft letter stating decision for Board and Owner signatures
  • Begin to prepare annual billing for November meeting and mailing
